The EASI Dealer of the Year Competition is your opportunity to showcase the positive work your dealership already does to promote safe, responsible ATV use and high standards of customer care.
As a dealer, you play a vital role in influencing operator behaviour — from the first conversation on the showroom floor through to handover, and ongoing support. This competition recognises those efforts and gives them the visibility they deserve.
Taking part isn’t about sales figures alone. The competition rewards practical, meaningful actions such as training your staff, encouraging operator registrations, providing clear safety messaging, promoting appropriate protective equipment, and engaging with your local community. Every action you take to improve safety counts towards your score.
By submitting a simple monthly report, you’ll build a picture of your dealership’s commitment over the year. Your activity contributes to a national leaderboard, creating friendly competition while allowing EASI to highlight best practice and share success stories across the dealer network.
Most importantly, participating demonstrates your dealership’s commitment to professional standards, operator welfare, and continuous improvement. Whether you’re aiming for national recognition, regional awards, or simply want to benchmark your performance, the EASI Dealer of the Year Competition offers a platform to be recognised for doing the right thing.
We encourage all EASI dealers to get involved, record their activity, and help raise the bar for safety, training, and best practice across the industry.
Chalk up points by completing your normal daily activities
Register both your new and used vehicle sales and score per registration
Receive 5 points per staff member who has completed the on-line dealer training program
Receive 3 points per staff member for completing the EASI ATV RiderCourse or SBS DriverCourse (or both!)
Receive 2 points for every handover pack ordered via the EASI
shop or suppling manufacturer
Promote EASI (Swing tags, machine stickers) or ATV Safety (Use of head protection) at public shows to receive 10 pts per event
NB - Photo must be provided with submission
Stock and promote helmet usage to customers to receive 10 points per helmet type (Agricultural, leisure, sport etc)
Tag @europeanatvsafetyinstitute in your handovers and receive 2 points per post.
The tricky ones
Promote safety by hosting an EASI Awareness day, encouraging local customers to attend site and complete training
Be featured in a local news piece or industry publication and promote ATV / SbS Safety
Submit a short case study/success story of a customer trained through EASI.
